Having worked for three years in the Atlanta area for other companies, I saw a need for a more personable approach to helping customers, so in 1990 I started Waterhouse Exterminating and incorporated in 1994. As with many start ups I focused on my local area in Stone Mountain, Georgia. Then with the gradual expansion and growth of the business I began to search out dependable and trustworthy individuals as employees. We relocated to Snellville, Georgia in 1994 and then in 2008 we again relocated to the Lawrenceville, Georgia area.
We are proud members of the GPCA (Georgia Pest Control Association) since 1994. We are favorably listed with AngiesList.com which is a nationally trusted review site for many home service providers.
We are a small company with 6 employees. The technicians that work with me are not just technicians but were/are also my friends. Some, before working with me, did not know the first thing about insects and pest control methods. But I knew them to be honest, reliable, trustworthy people who I would not hesitate to place in the homes of my customers. They soon came to be knowledgeable and professional technicians.
Each year all of our technicians attend the three day Annual Winter Conference sponsored by the GPCA at the University of Georgia in Athens. These conferences keep us up-to-date with the latest products & effective techniques. At these conferences we are also constantly reminded of the need to be environmentally conscience and safety conscience.
